Oh no! We are sorry you are not happy with your product. Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges, refunds and returns. However, we understand that sometimes make mistakes are made when placing an order. If you made an error when placing your order, please contact hello@sknedit.com within 6 hours of placing your order.

General

Of course! Always, always, always! We only source our products from brands or authorised distributors directly. We never compromise on quality, only giving you the best.

At SKNEDIT, we never compromise on quality. We will never send you an expired product. However, if you bought a product from us, kept it for awhile and wonder if it is still good, here are a few ways to tell if it has expired or gone "off".

1. The most obvious way - some products have a clear expiry date labeled on the bottle (do not be mistaken with date of manufacture)

2. If your product does not have any manufacturing/expiry date, it should typically be good for 2-3 years if stored correctly (in a cool dark environment).

3. If your product is already open, take note of the PAO symbol (the little half open can symbol with a 3M, 6M, 12M inside). If your product has been open for longer than what is stated, we recommend discarding it.

4. Another obvious way, if your product is already open, and you notice a colour, smell or a textural change in your product, please stop using it.

Oh no! We are sorry that this is happening to you. If you are using a product with some form of retinoid or chemical exfoliator, it is normal to experience some purging. However, if you are experiencing a sudden inexplainable rash after using a product, please stop using it and see your doctor right away.
